Rabri and democracy
Former chief minister of Bihar Rabri Devi who is wife of Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav showed her footwear( chappal) in Bihar assembly and also abused another lady legislator! Shame !! shame!!!!
When will people stop voting for such people who doesn't have simplest of etiquettes of behaving in public forget about the honour of assembly and parliament. This incidence is a dirty spot on history of our parliamentary democracy.
behavior of the legislators have come to such low standards that it raises a question about the necessity of assembly sessions. Scrap them as hardly anything constructive happens there.
People have elections get number and then form governments - no role for assembly in either making policy decisions or other important decisions.
Someone somewhere should do something for improving this situation. Please!!!
